You see Dr. Hsieh at every visit.

Dr. Hsieh trained at New York University and has practised dentistry in New York since 1989. He is also a professor at New York University, so students learn the way he works.

This is a sole practice. There are no associates and no rota, which means nobody has to read your notes to find out what happened last time.
